I will be finalizing a part of Eternity Tasks: KOBRA soon! In early march, I will be launching the software into a Pre-Alpha testing stage for the Projects feature specifically. There is still much to complete, which is what I will be going over in the next few paragraphs. Tasks will be going public officially for the first time in mid March.
Projects rely on JQuery, which relies on the fact that JavaScript is in fact, enabled. A vast number of things in the current design rely heavily on AJAX, and other JQuery functions. JavaScript, can be, however, disabled, thus eliminating functionality. I've been working on creating plain forms in place of the current design to help improve the accessibility of tasks.
Collaboration Functionality will be added with the new feature called ProjectCollab, but is currently only experimental, and needs a lot more work, than I already have done. Things such as adding new members, setting permissions, and assigning tasks haven't been completely added yet. Because of that the interface is currently very glitchy, and causes many different problems to arise, which pushes the testing stage into mid-March, otherwise I'd have it be tested right now. But until then, we wait.
Knowing your rights is a crucial part in understanding how Projects are tied into your life. A license called the KOBRA license will be created to further explain those rights. By the way, KOBRA is the release name of the first version of Eternity Tasks. This will be a full scale license adaptable to your project. To view it, all you will have to do is add a /kobra to the end of the URL.
Once again, thanks for reading, and be sure to chek back in for more updates!
